These three photos demonstrate Capital Design's ability to work with existing architectural conditions, and make the most of a space. The tall columns in these photos contain fireplace flues from lower units, and had to stay. By adding lighting, raising the fireplace, and removing a dividing wall, what was once an eyesore becomes an interesting and sculptural wall that is the focal element of the room.
NOTE: Wet bar was designed at owner's request and later removed when property was sold.
